You can not buy our products in any shop, except of our restaurant, our hotel and online on our web site. With respect to Greek traditions, we invest in hospitality, technology, modern boutique hotels, surrounded by the nature and olive grooves. Our olive trees are between 10 – 200 years old, so there is no secret of a high quality olive oil, only geographical location, tradition and history of olive oil, early harvest and a strict quality production process to obtain the best results.

We have a small quantity of the first „early harvest“ E.V.O.O., depends on the year, between 5-8 tons. We test our olive oil and we obtain Tasting Analysis from Certified tasting panel, we prove through chemical analysis that the levels of oleocanthal and oleacein are higher than average values that have been related with anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, cardioprotective and neuroprotective activity.
